entelechron returns to The Phoenix Concerts in a celebratory program of new works for piano trio.  Their program doubles as a CD Release Party as The Phoenix Concerts launches its first CD - The Folk Tune Project - on Roven Records in spring 2018, featuring series commissions by Juhi Bansal, Robert Carl, Daron Hagen, Katarina Leyman, Gilda Lyons, Jorge Martín, Frank J. Oteri, Glen Roven, and Dan Sonenberg performed by entelechron members of The Phoenix Players, Roger Zahab, violin, David Russell, cello, and Robert Frankenberry, piano, with Gilda Lyons and Elaine Valby, voice.

Daron's contribution is called "Red is the Rose" and is a gloss on the famous Irish ballad.
