Chamber Music on the Fox presents a free, live chamber music performance of Daron Hagen's new score to Charlie Chaplin's film, The Tramp, as part of this year's Elgin Short Film Festival.

Elgin, IL--In collaboration with the Elgin Short Film Festival, Chamber Music on the Fox presents a screening of Charlie Chaplin's The Tramp along with a live chamber music performance to accompany the silent movie. With a new score written for the centennial of this classic film from the silent era, the performance will combine an old film (from 1915) with a new piece of music composed by Hagen in 2015. The performance will take place as part of the Film Festival events on Saturday, September 23rd, and will feature a 7-piece ensemble including internationally-acclaimed pianist Yana Reznick.
