Lara Downes performs the entire "Anniversaries for Lenny" project, including Daron's In Memoriam: Leonard Bernstein, a four minute work that intertwines motives from Bernstein's West Side Story and In Memoriam: Nathalie Koussevitsky with a theme from Hagen's opera A Woman in Morocco.

A monumental eight-hour concert featuring performances of Leonard Bernstein’s most beloved works and some hidden gems. World premieres of new works by contemporary composers who were influenced by Bernstein’s work will add a unique element to the day. Curated and hosted by New York Festival of Song’s Michael Barrett as part of the worldwide “Bernstein at 100” celebration.
