On October 6th, the Chorus and Orchestra of Miami University, Mari Opatz-Muni, mezzo soprano soloist, William Bausano, choral conductor, are led in the Ohio premiere of JOYFUL MUSIC for large orchestra, mezzo, and mixed chorus. Also on the program will be FORWARD! for orchestral brass and percussion sections. The Wind Ensemble of Miami University, Steven Shumway cello soloist, will be led in the Ohio premiere of Hagen's COCNERTO FOR CELLO AND WIND ENSEMBLE.
